Policies & Due Diligence
Mellcrest operates in the United Kingdom within the hospitality sector.
The nature of our supply chain is as follows; we source our products from the U.K Europe and from the Far East.
Mellcrest operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. Mellcrest make sure suppliers are aware of our policies and adhere to the same standards.
In order to mitigate risk of slavery and human trafficking we operate a number of due diligence procedures which include monitoring prospects, third party suppliers, employees, assets and insurance policies.

Risk & Compliance
Mellcrest is deeply committed to upholding the highest ethical standards across our supply chain. We have thoroughly evaluated the nature and extent of our exposure to the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within our supplier network.
To date, our rigorous reviews have not revealed any evidence of non-compliance or unethical practices within our supply chain. However, we remain vigilant and committed to continuous monitoring. The Modern Slavery Assessment Tool plays a crucial role in this process, helping us and our suppliers to identify and mitigate potential risks more effectively.
Should any evidence of non-compliance or unethical behavior be identified in the future, we will take immediate and decisive action. This includes the potential termination of our relationship with any supplier that fails to adhere to our standards.
Mellcrest is dedicated to maintaining a supply chain that is free from exploitation, and we will continue to proactively work towards this goal by fostering transparent, responsible partnerships with all our suppliers.
